PROGRAM FAQ
The first round of orders will be shipped in January 2025. You will receive a shipping notification with the UPS tracking information when your order ships. You can expect to receive it within two to three days after shipping. All orders will be frozen and delivered on dry ice and should go either into your freezer or in your refrigerator to defrost.
This program allows us to use the entire beef. Each beef we harvest can only provide a certain number of cuts of each kind. For example, there are only so many t-bones per beef. Once all or most of the bundles have been ordered, we will re-open all the bundles with new inventory. If there is a bundle you would like to purchase that is currently not available, please click the "Notify Me" button and we will let you know when that bundle is back in stock.
Homestead will provide 20% of every purchase back to non-profits. Please contact your program administer for team details.
Bundles ordered at the same time will be shipped together for the same flat rate shipping. If the total is more than $150, the order will be shipped for free. If you change your mind and want to add more bundles at a later date before we ship the first round of orders, please fill out the Contact Form below and we can help you add to your order without additional shipping charges.
All subscriptions will start in January 2025.
This program has a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. Please contact us through he Contact Form within 24 Hours after you place your order and our customer service team will be able to help you. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled until after the third month of monthly subscription and after the second order of the quarterly subscription. If you find that you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact your program administrator directly.
