By purchasing a half beef, you’re stocking your freezer with premium cuts and ground beef to feed your family for months—all while supporting sustainable, local agriculture. From juicy steaks and roasts to versatile ground beef, you’ll have the perfect cut for every occasion, straight from our ranch to your table.
Your final price will be $6.50 a pound. You will be charged for the hanging weight of the animal as is standard for beef producers. For a half a beef, the hanging weight is roughly 375 which will yield approximately 200 lbs of finished, wrapped beef for your freezer.
Final price will be provided for payment prior to delivery directly from Homestead Natural Meats. This listing is for the $500 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your beef.
Available to Colorado customers only. No shipping available. Delivery will be arranged after beef is processed.

With Cut Sheet #1, you will be provided Bone-In Rib Steaks & T-bones.
All steaks will be 1" thick and come 2 per package.
